Before booking your first session, we offer a brief telephone call to discuss your reasons for seeking counselling. This call is also an opportunity for you to decide if I am the right counsellor to support you. There is no pressure during this call – it is simply a chance to explore your options and feel comfortable with the process.

Payment Options

We offer flexible payment methods for your convenience, including cash, bank transfer, or payment on the day of your session.

Initial Assessment

Your first session begins with an initial assessment to understand your needs and set goals for counselling.

  • Cost: £35

  • Duration: 50 minutes
    Please note, payment for the initial assessment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

One-to-One Counselling Sessions

Ongoing 1-1 counselling sessions can be paid by cash or bank transfer, either before, during, or after your session.

Online Counselling Sessions

We offer online sessions for added convenience. Online sessions and those booked in advance may be eligible for a small discount.

Financial Support Options
