How Much Does Counselling Cost?Fees, Prices & Options

Free initial phone call

Before your first session I offer a free, no obligation phone call. It is a chance to talk briefly about what is bringing you to counselling, ask any questions and decide whether I am the right counsellor for you. There is no pressure to book.

Session fees

• Individual counselling (face to face): £45 per session

• Couples counselling (face to face): £75 per session

• Online sessions, and sessions booked in advance: £35 per session

All sessions last 50 minutes.

Paying for sessions

Payment is due before your session, by cash or bank transfer.

If cost is a concern, please talk to me. I can offer options such as paying by Direct Debit or a monthly plan, to help make counselling more affordable.
