For many years, I have been deeply drawn to the field of counselling and psychotherapy, a passion that has become an integral part of who I am. I am a professional person-centred counsellor with over six years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals across the UK find emotional balance, clarity, and self-understanding.
My commitment to counselling stems from both personal experience and years of working with clients, patients, and service users in supportive settings. Through these meaningful encounters, I witnessed the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship — how empathy, trust, and genuine human connection can lead to lasting change.

When I realised my calling to become a counsellor, I set out to create a safe and non-judgemental space where people could speak freely, explore their emotions, and find hope.
