Counselling in Portsmouth, Havant & Waterlooville
Taking the first step towards support can feel daunting. At LT Counselling you will find a calm, confidential and non judgemental space to talk things through at your own pace, with a counsellor who really listens.
I'm Liam, a person centred practising counsellor with over six years' experience of supporting people in care and support roles. I work with adults and couples across Portsmouth, Southsea, Havant, Waterlooville and the surrounding Hampshire area, offering face to face counselling locally and online counselling anywhere in the UK.

Supporting mental health locally
Alongside private counselling, I support mental health awareness in Portsmouth and the surrounding area through workshops and talks, helping to reduce stigma and make emotional support easier to reach.
